Your Care Partners Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Your Care Partners has prepared these privacy and security policies ("Statement") so you may better understand how Your Care Partners ("our Website") may use your personal information in connection with our Website and services, as well as how it protects your information against unauthorized use. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Personal Information
Your Care Partners may ask you to register and provide personal information in certain instances, such as when you choose to personalize your use of our Website for medical conditions of interest, when you ask a question of our experts, or when you contact our customer support group. Personally identifiable information that we may collect includes your name, e-mail address, address, telephone number, and information about the medical conditions of a loved one. Your Care Partners may also collect demographic information such as your age, gender, zip code, level of education, household income, and interests.

If you choose not to register, you can still use most of our Website. Unfortunately, you will not be able to access areas that require registration.
Children's Personal Information
Your Care Partners does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from users under the age of 13. If we find out that we have such personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Website Usage Information
Your Care Partners tracks navigational data (log files, server logs, click-stream) and information about how our Website is used by you (through cookies, Internet tags, or web beacons). In addition, Your Care Partners will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose Your Care Partners's e-mail list or address list except as explicitly set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Your Care Partners offers its customers choices for the collection, use, and sharing of personally identifiable information at the time a customer decides to register. In addition, customers may stop the delivery of future communications from Your Care Partners by unsubscribing at any time. For instance, each e-mail you receive (aside from service e-mails) contain instructions explaining how to stop receiving such e-mails.

If your personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code, phone, or e-mail or postal address), or if you no longer desire our service, we provide a way for you to correct, update, or delete/deactivate your personally identifiable information. REFUND POLICIES

Subject to any withdrawal right you may have under applicable law, charges are non-refundable unless the price-plan terms expressly say otherwise. Except as otherwise required by law, the costs of any returns if permitted will be at your expense. Services will be deemed to be started at the time of the initial call or any other written or electronic request for information. If services are not executed within 30 days from the registration date, a refund for the service will be provided only after a written request for refund is received.
